AcuityCare was built on a simple belief: every person with a disability deserves support that fits their life. We're an Arkansas organization, and this state is our home.

We exist to close every gap in Arkansas care.

Too many Arkansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities fall through the cracks of a fragmented system: on waitlists with no support, in the wrong program for their needs, or without a single coordinated team behind them. AcuityCare was founded to change that.

Our six specialized divisions form a complete continuum of care: from first contact and benefits enrollment through case management, behavioral health integration, community inclusion, and workforce development. Every division shares one clinical framework: the AcuityModel™. Every case is led by a licensed social worker. Every plan is built around the person, not a program.

We are 100% Arkansas-based. Our team lives in the communities we serve. We know the local providers, the resources, and the gaps. We've navigated them alongside the families who trust us.

Every division in AcuityCare operates on the same clinical foundation: the AcuityModel™. It's not a checklist or a compliance framework. It's a living system of five integrated pillars that guides how we assess, plan, deliver, and measure care for every person we serve.

The AcuityModel™ ensures that whether someone is in our Access division for the first time or thriving through our community integration program, they receive the same evidence-based, person-centered standard of care, led by a licensed social worker.

Person-Centered Planning

The person drives the direction of their care plan. Goals are self-determined, timelines are realistic, and progress is measured by the person's own definition of success.

Coordinated Case Management

Every consumer is assigned a dedicated, licensed-social-worker-led care team. No siloed services. The team coordinates across divisions, providers, and systems. Every consumer experiences one seamless plan, not fragmented pieces.

Research-Grounded Supports

Every intervention is grounded in current research. Behavioral support strategies, daily living curricula, and employment training. All drawn from peer-reviewed evidence and adapted for each individual's profile.

Workforce Excellence

Through the Academy division, AcuityCare invests in training, certifying, and developing the DSPs who deliver direct care. A competent, motivated workforce is not separate from quality care. It IS quality care.
