Acuity Academy was founded by Arkansas caregivers, people who'd worked the floors of group homes, hospitals, and family kitchens, because they knew the existing pathways into care work were too slow, too expensive, and too disconnected from the actual job. Today we partner with CES Waiver agencies, home health employers, and Arkansas's Department of Human Services to deliver a curriculum that's rigorous, accessible, and built around what employers actually need on day one. Every cohort is a step toward a stronger Arkansas healthcare workforce.
